In today’s high-pressure global environment, having the variables at your fingertips is important. When you are bidding a multi-million dollar infrastructure project that spans years, it’s critical. When you have to get out that important proposal, you have to be accurate and quick to respond. When the project is located half the way around the world, you have to be equipped with the tool to handle the task.

The International Project Estimating System, was developed in the late 1980’s to address these unique challenges of bidding on diverse International Infrastructure Projects. These projects ranged from World Bank funded projects in Asia, commercial building development in the Middle East, North America’s first privately financed Toll Road to privately financed BOT projects in South America.

The Estimating Software was first developed internally in 1987, then re-engineered in 1992 and then re-engineered again in 1996 for Windows 95. The latest version was released in 2006 and upgraded in 2008. incorporates all the latest true 32-bit technology including Windows XP, Windows Vista, Internet compatibility and SQL compatibility.

We began our estimating services in Toronto Canada in 1994 to address the unique challenges of bidding projects in the International Marketplace. Our Estimating Software has been the backbone of the Estimating Services provided by International Project Estimating Limited.

With our focus on providing international estimating services, we have recently opened an office in Cairo Egypt in 2007, to better serve the international construction community.
