When you have to get out that important proposal, you have to be accurate and quick to respond. When the project is located half the way around the world, you have to be equipped with the tool to handle the task.

International Project Estimating have over 35 years experience in bidding major international infrastructure, water and power, transportation, civil and pipeline projects around the world. In order to do that we had to develop the most sophisticated Estimating Software and Infrastructure Cost Database to accomplish the task.

The Chief Estimator Software was developed in the late 1980's to address these unique challenges of bidding on diverse International Infrastructure Projects. These projects ranged from one of the largest hydro electric projects in the works, World Bank funded projects in Asia, commercial building development in the Middle East, North America's first privately financed Toll Road to privately financed BOT projects in South America. The Chief Estimator Software was first developed internally in 1987, then re-engineered in 1992 and then re-engineered again in 1996 for Windows 95. We are now in our eleventh version of The Chief Estimator. The software incorporates all the latest true 32-bit technology including Windows XP, Windows Vista, Internet compatibility and SQL compatibility. We are currently working on our next version utilizing the latest .net and sequel server database technologies.

We began our estimating consulting services in Toronto Canada in 1994 to address the unique challenges of bidding projects in the International Marketplace. The Chief Estimator Software has been the backbone of the Estimating Services provided by International Project Estimating Limited.

With our focus also on providing international estimating software, we have partnered with BIM Engineering Solution in Cairo Egypt and Dubai United Arab Emirates along with ConSoft Asia in Singapore to better serve the international construction community.
