We provide both feasibility level as well as detailed construction estimates for utilities, engineering consultants and contractors. Our expertise focuses on large water power, dam , transportation and infrastructure projects. We also offer our own cost data for Water Power, Dams & Tunnels as well Transportation and Insfrastructure Projects on a subscription or sale basis. The data is based on actual international projects we have estimated over 35 years. The Chief Estimator Software (©1992-2010) is construction estimation software we developed and have been using since 1992, estimating some of the biggest projects in the world. We now offer our software along with our comprehensive database for sale or on a subscription basis.

Key Features of the Chief Estimator Software:

We provide our own Infrastructure Construction Cost Data - IPE Cost Data, integrated with The Chief Estimator software, covering Civil, Water Power, Dam, Infrastructure and Pipeline work. The data comes complete with a comprehensive Master Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) including 8,000 line items covering all divisions of work. Our Construction Cost Data includes over 4,000 crews complete with production rates and 6,000 material rates and assemblies. For heavy equipment users, the resource the resource data includes ownership and operating costs for over 1200 pieces of construction equipment. We are also pleased to be partnered with Richardson Cost Data to provide Cost Data for Process Plant and Petrochemical Plants fully integrated with the Chief Estimator Software.
